Mike Resnick

Mike Resnick currently stands first on the Locus list of all-time award winners, living of dead, for short fiction, and 4th on the all-time list of award winners for all lengths. He was born in 1942, attended the University of Chicago where he met and married Carol, and is the father of Laura Resnick, herself a Campbell Award winner. He currently resides in Cincinnati. Mike is the author of more than 50 science fiction novels, more than 175 works of short fiction, 2 screenplays, more than a dozen collections, and three “how-to” books for science fiction writers. He has also edited more than 40 anthologies, and is currently the Executive Editor of Jim Baen’s Universe. His work has appeared in more than 20 languages.
