Keith R.A. DeCandido is the USA Today best-selling, critically acclaimed author of more than thirty novels, plus short stories, eBooks, essays, comics, and nonfiction. Most of these have been media tie-ins: Star Trek, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, World of Warcraft, StarCraft, Doctor Who, Supernatural, Command and Conquer, Resident Evil, Marvel Comics, Serenity, Farscape, Andromeda, Xena, Young Hercules, and more. He's written a high-fantasy police procedural, Dragon Precinct, and three follow-up short stories. Keith is a veteran anthologist—the award-nominated Imaginings, and several Star Trek and Doctor Who anthologies—and edits the monthly Star Trek eBook line. Keith is also a percussionist—currently with the parody band the Boogie Knights, he's also backed up the Don't Quit Your Day Job Players and the Randy Bandits—and a practitioner of Kenshikai karate.
